Die gelbe Farbe seines Schleppers symbolisiert seine \u00dcberzeugung, dass bei knapp werdenden Rohstoffen Alternativen unausweichlich zu erforschen und zu erproben sind:<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1362\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\">&#8216;Der goldgelbe Raps, der auf Deutschlands &#8220;\u00d6lfeldern&#8221; w\u00e4chst, ist das Ausgangsprodukt zur Herstellung von Bio-Diesel. Diese Pflanze sorgt als nachwachsender Rohstoff f\u00fcr den Antrieb ihres Fahrzeuges und schont dabei die Umwelt. Bio-Diesel gibt etwa nur so viel CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0ab, wie die Pflanze bei ihrem Wachstum aufgenommen hat. Er enth\u00e4lt keinen Schwefel und tr\u00e4gt somit weder zum sauren Regen noch zum Waldsterben oder zu Sch\u00e4den an Baudenkm\u00e4lern bei. Bio-Diesel ist biologisch schnell abbaubar und reduziert dadurch die Gefahr f\u00fcr Boden und Grundwasser bei Transport, Lagerung und Anwendung. Er wird nicht als Gefahrgut klassifiziert und ist in die Wassergef\u00e4hrdungsklasse 1 eingestuft.
